Hello Gray my name is Joe I run a MMA group here on Myspace called MMA Boston as well as a web forum! I was hoping you would do a short 5 question interview for the Group! I would also like to say congratulations on a great performance at The Ultimate Fighter Final!

JD. You were dominating the fight with Rob, you then slammed him forcing him to tap immediately In my opinion you won that fight! What are your thoughts on the decision and how bad did you hurt yourself on that slam?
Gray. The past is the past, I'm just glad to be able to fight in the UFC. Dana White and Joe Silva told me immediately afterwards I got the rematch as soon as possible, they were really cool about everything.

JD. Do you want a rematch with Emerson or do you want to move on to bigger fight?
Gray. Of course I want the rematch. Anything that is not a win on my record is unacceptable to me, I want the chance to change it to a win. But I also dont want to wait around for a long time. It will come eventually.

JD. I see you wrestled at Michigan state university with Rashad Evens what was he like back then and who was the better wrestler?
Gray. Rashad always had talent and toughness. He was the one guy in the wrestling room that I had to be on my "A" game or else I would get beat. We definitely went at each other every time we wrestled. I think he cut to much wieght in college and it effected his performance in competition. He wrestled 174 pounds back then, if didn't cut so much wieght I think he would have had more success wrestling. We also roomed together on all our road trips, he has been really good friend over the years.

JD. What is it like training with a guy like Randy Couture?
Gray. Randy Couture is one of the best coaches I have ever had. Whatever he tells me I truly believe it is right!! We have a great team that works together and we all believe in what we do and how we train. Randy is a great leader, and we have a great team, so I am very fortunate to be a part of it all!!

JD. Regarding the TUF show what was it like in that mad house and would you do it again?
Gray. Like I said before, I am very fortunate to be apart of Xtreme Couture. The tv show was made for tv, not to be the best training environment. It definitely boosted my career in the right direction and I am very thankful for that. But, in order for me to reach my full potential I need to be at Xtreme Couture, training with my team!!
